The Psychology Programme at NTU is seeking a Research Assistant to support a research project that aims to investigate the relationship between mid-life psychological and social risk factors and neuroimaging/neuropsychological measures of the brain, as well as longitudinal cognitive health.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a cutting-edge research project that explores the impact of familial relationships on age-related neurocognitive decline.

Key Areas of Responsibility:
  • Provide administrative oversight for the research project, ensuring effective management and collaboration with colleagues.
  • Manage undergraduate student assistants, addressing potential issues proactively and applying a methodical approach.
  • Oversee overall research project administration and management, applying a strong understanding of research project management and administration.
Requirements and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Neuroscience, Medical Sciences, or related fields.
  • Proven experience in conducting psychological/health-related research, with a strong focus on teamwork and communication.
  • Background in research project management and administration, including data analysis and interpretation.
  • Familiarity with human neuroimaging and neuropsychological data analysis, with a strong desire to pursue a graduate research degree in the future.
