Job Title: Technical Officer
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Officer to join our diverse team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical services for GLAMCO and our clients' systems.
The role includes providing daily onsite or remote technical support on computer systems, communication equipment, radar or radio frequency equipment, networking, hardware and software systems.
You will also be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving faults, performing preventive and corrective maintenance, and maintaining all relevant written records.
Responsibilities:
- Provide daily onsite or remote technical support on computer systems, communication equipment, radar or radio frequency equipment, networking, hardware and software systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve faults raised by clients.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.
- Maintain all relevant written records.
- Assist in project-related activities such as deployment, installation, configuration, testing of systems.
- Identify and initiate required actions to maintain systems for long-term reliability and operational efficiency.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Engineering Electronics, Communication Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 2 years working experience in the related field.
- Class 3 Manual driving license.
- Singaporean only.
Salary: SGD 50,000 - 60,000 per annum depending on qualifications and experience.
