Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Lead Space Designer to join our team. As a key member, you will collaborate with Architects and designers to create and execute interior design concepts for residential projects in a remote setting.

Main Responsibilities:
• Develop interior design concepts, create 3D renderings, select materials and finishes, and create detailed design specifications.
• Collaborate with Architects and designers to prepare design drawings, tender drawings, specifications, contract drawings, and working drawings for coordination with Clients, Consultants, and Contractors.
• Lead a team of designers to prepare 3D renderings and presentations to communicate design concepts to Clients and consultants.

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of interior design and project experience for high-end residential projects.
• Diploma/ Degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
• Proficient in Autocad, Sketchup, Enscape.
• Able to work in a team.
• Strong English oral and written communication skills.
