Regional HR Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional HR Manager to lead our HR initiatives and drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Talent Acquisition and Management: Develop and implement strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent across the region.
  • Employee Development and Training: Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
  • Performance Management and Evaluation: Establish and maintain a fair and effective performance management system.
  • Compliance with Local Labour Laws and Regulations: Ensure compliance with local labour laws and regulations in each country.
  • Organisational Culture and Employee Engagement: Foster a positive organisational culture and drive employee engagement initiatives.
  • Change Management and Organisational Development: Support change management and organisational development efforts to drive business growth.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record as an HR leader or regional HR manager, preferably within industrial or technology sectors. They must possess a strong strategic mindset and ability to align HR initiatives with business objectives.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Managing talent acquisition and onboarding across multiple countries.
  • Leading employee development, training, and performance management programs.
  • Ensuring compliance with local labour laws and regulations in each country.
  • Driving organisational culture and employee engagement initiatives regionally.
  • Supporting change management and organisational development efforts.

The successful applicant will be an effective communicator and influencer, able to build strong relationships with senior leaders and diverse teams. They must also be adaptable and proactive, comfortable working in fast-paced, cross-cultural environments.
