Key Responsibilities- Design, Document and Develop Optimized Hardware: Design and document optimized hardware for our products.
- Testing, Bug Fixing, Improving Hardware Performance: Test, bug fix and improve the performance of our hardware.
- PCB Layout and Schematic Capture: Create PCB layouts and capture schematics for our products.
- Create Schematic and PCB Library and Bill of Materials: Create schematic and PCB library and bill of materials for our products.
- Preparing Plans and Documentation to Support Product Through Certification/Approval: Prepare plans and documentation to support product through certification and approval.
- Develop and Execute Hardware Validation Plans, Test Cases, and Procedures to Ensure Compliance with Design Specifications and Industry Standards: Develop and execute hardware validation plans, test cases and procedures to ensure compliance with design specifications and industry standards.
- Design and Implement Test Setups, Test Equipment, and Automation Frameworks for Efficient and Accurate Validation Testing: Design and implement test setups, test equipment and automation frameworks for efficient and accurate validation testing.
- Perform Functional and Performance Testing of Hardware Components, Systems, and Subsystems: Perform functional and performance testing of hardware components, systems and subsystems.
- Generate Detailed Test Reports and Documentation: Generate detailed test reports and documentation.
- Assisting on Product Issues Both During Production and In-Service: Assist on product issues both during production and in-service.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering: A bachelor's degree in electrical or electronics engineering is preferred.
- 3 - 5 Years of Experience in Hardware Design, Validation, & Optimization: 3 - 5 years of experience in hardware design, validation and optimization is required.
- Proven Experience in High Speed Digital Board Design: Proven experience in high-speed digital board design is required.
- Analog Circuit Design & Simulation: Analog circuit design and simulation skills are required.
- Experience in Developing Complex CPU and FPGA Based Systems: Experience in developing complex CPU and FPGA-based systems is required.
- Design Tools (Altium Designer, Pads Logic and Layout, Allegro or OrCAD, Microsoft Office Package, JIRA): Proficiency in design tools such as Altium Designer, Pads logic and layout, Allegro or OrCAD, Microsoft office package and JIRA is required.
- Strong Knowledge of Hardware Testing Methodologies, Tools, and Equipment: Strong knowledge of hardware testing methodologies, tools and equipment is required.
- Familiarity with Industry Standards and Protocols (MIPI CSI-2, USB, HDMI, LVDS, Ethernet): Familiarity with industry standards and protocols such as MIPI CSI-2, USB, HDMI, LVDS and Ethernet is required.
- Knowledge of Regulatory Requirements, Compliance Testing and Certification Processes: Knowledge of regulatory requirements, compliance testing and certification processes is required.
