DESIGNATION : Senior Hardware Engineer

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for hardware development for Networking, Wireless and IoT products
- Design, simulate, develop and test electronic modules and systems containing various interfaces, including microcontrollers, SOC, wireless and power control sub system
- Hardware optimization, debug and functional test in board/product level electronics.
- Create documentations regarding concepts, specifications, schematics, test reports, verification reports etc.
- Create Bill of Materials/source for alternate components
- Involve in the full cycle of development for reference board, modules and products
- Lead robust & reliable design, driving design capability and reliability requirements
- Support on-going product quality improvement
- Communicate regularly on the project activity status to the project team

QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in electronic product development, from conceptual schematic design, validation on prototype to manufacturing in any of the fields: Wireless, NB-IoT, analog power, EV charging, battery management
- Familiar with product certification and regulation.
- Knowledge of hardware memory/IO interfaces, PCI, USB, SPI, I2C and Ethernet interfaces.
- Creative, possess an open mind to different design approaches and able to work independently under tight schedule
- A good team player who works closely with the software, sales and manufacturing teams
- Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin will be necessary as the role will be required to work on projects with the engineering and manufacturing team based in China
