Job Title:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated professional to join our team as an Automotive Service Coordinator.

This is a challenging role that requires strong communication, organizational, and time management skills. The ideal candidate will be able to effectively manage multiple tasks, work under pressure, and maintain a high level of accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage all aspects of vehicle servicing including scheduling, tracking, and follow-up.
  • Provide excellent customer service by responding to queries, resolving issues, and ensuring timely delivery of services.
  • Liaise with suppliers and vendors to ensure seamless coordination and communication.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients to promote repeat business and referrals.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies to drive business growth and improvement.
Requirements:
  • Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Possesses a strong problem-solving attitude and analytical mindset.
  • Familiarity with automotive industry and its operations.
  • Ability to lift up to 25kg and stand for long periods.
