Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Logistics Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in logistics and supply chain operations, with a strong understanding of ERP systems and warehouse management.

The Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end order processing activities, including pick-pack-ship execution, to ensure efficient fulfillment across the Asia-Pacific region.

They will also be required to manage inventory updates, track shipments, handle returns, and monitor outbound deliveries to maintain high service standards.

Additionally, the Logistics Coordinator will serve as the primary liaison with third-party logistics providers, ensuring alignment on service execution and prompt escalation of issues when necessary.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Coordinate end-to-end order processing activities, including pick-pack-ship execution
  2. Manage inventory updates, track shipments, handle returns, and monitor outbound deliveries
  3. Serve as the primary liaison with third-party logistics providers

The Logistics Coordinator will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless daily operations and timely order fulfillment.

They will also be responsible for generating comprehensive weekly dashboards detailing order status, delivery timelines, and SLA performance for internal stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, the Logistics Coordinator should possess:

  1. Three to six years of hands-on experience in logistics or supply chain operations within fashion / apparel, retail, or third-party logistics environments
  2. Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems as well as warehouse management systems (WMS)
  3. Familiarity with certificate of origin (COO) compliance processes along with customs documentation procedures
  4. Strong communication abilities paired with a genuine service-oriented mindset that fosters positive relationships across diverse teams
