  • Collaborate with line managers to identify talent pipeline requirements and develop plans to meet business needs.
  • Develop and implement employee training programs that enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Facilitate long-term initiatives that align with the strategic agenda and drive business results.
  • Work with business unit leaders to provide employees with development opportunities and ensure they meet performance standards.
  • Establish feedback mechanisms for employees to influence HR services and processes.
  • Provide expert advice and coaching to employees as needed.
  • Understand employee opinions and anticipate their needs and concerns.
  • Review and benchmark the internal and external environment to improve HR policies and initiatives.
  • Identify and share best practices across functions to drive continuous improvement.
  • Act as a liaison between line and HR to ensure HR services align with business needs.
  • Identify opportunities for HR to add value to the business.
  • Maintain knowledge of progressive HR practices and key trends.
  • Ensure a strong leadership and coaching culture permeates the organization.
  • Manage specific projects as determined in the annual HR operational plan.
