**Childcare Worker Role Overview**Our childcare team is dedicated to providing a nurturing environment for children and young persons. We are seeking a compassionate individual to join our team as a Childcare Worker. This role requires the candidate to be responsible for creating a safe and stimulating environment for children and young persons under their care.**Key Responsibilities:**
  • Ensure the well-being and safety of children and young persons in your care.
  • Engage children and young persons in activities or play that promote their physical, emotional, and cognitive development.
  • Maintain a clean and tidy environment that promotes health and hygiene.
  • Accompany children and young persons to/at hospitals or Voluntary Children's Homes (VCHs) for placement and handle all administrative paperwork as required.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
  • At least one year of experience in caring for children aged between 0-12 years old.
  • Minimum O Level or Diploma holders or Higher Nitec in Early Childhood.
  • Certification in CPR and First Aid is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to pass a background check.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patient, empathetic, and genuine love for children.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Willingness to undergo additional training and professional development as required.

  • Morning Shift: 10am-7pm on weekdays (excluding public holidays).
  • Afternoon Shift: 1pm - 10pm on weekdays (excluding public holidays).
