We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Infant Care Provider to join our team. As an Infant Care Provider, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care for infants in our program. You will be responsible for ensuring the safety, well-being, and development of each infant under your supervision.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide attentive and nurturing care in a home-based setting.
  • Create a safe and stimulating environment that promotes the physical, cognitive, and social-emotional development of each infant.
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper hygiene practices and safe sleep guidelines.
  • Engage infants in age-appropriate activities to encourage sensory exploration, language development, and motor skills.
  • Maintain open communication with parents regarding their child's daily activities, feeding, and sleeping routines.
  • Respond promptly to the needs of each infant, including feeding, diapering, and comforting as required.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • Medically fit to care for 1 to 3 infants/children aged 2 months to 18 months
  • Preferably with experience in caring for children
  • A child-safe environment, such as window grilles or window limiters
  • Min 'O' level or secondary school qualifications
  • Infant care certification is highly preferred
