About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and proactive construction site coordinator to join our team. The role will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations on a construction site, handling various tasks, and managing administrative documentation.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate site administration and documentation
- E nsure compliance with safety regulations and procedures
- Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and workers to ensure site operations run smoothly
- Manage daily reports, site logs, and necessary paperwork
- Assist with procurement of materials and inventory management
- Support project scheduling and coordination
- Monitor and manage permits and licenses
- Prepare financial reports and assist in budget tracking
- Ensure quality control standards are met
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Good communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with stakeholders
- Knowledge of construction site operations and administrative processes
- Familiarity with safety regulations and protocols
- Experience in document control and filing systems
- Ability to handle financial and procurement-related tasks
- Ability to adapt to fast-paced work environments
- Diploma in any field
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word)
