Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team as an ERP Account Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities through prospecting, cold-calling, networking, and referrals.

You will manage the full sales cycle – from lead generation, needs analysis, solution presentation, proposal, negotiation, to closing. This includes understanding client business processes and pain points to recommend suitable ERP modules and solutions.

Collaboration with pre-sales consultants and technical teams is essential in delivering tailored product demonstrations. You will also prepare and present proposals, quotations, and RFP responses professionally and accurately.

Maintaining strong client relationships is crucial to ensure customer satisfaction and generate repeat business. Working closely with marketing teams to execute campaigns and follow up on qualified leads is also key to your success.

Achieving assigned sales targets and KPIs on a monthly/quarterly basis is essential. Staying updated on ERP industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies will help you remain competitive in the market.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field (preferred).
  • 2–5 years sales experience, ideally in ERP, SaaS, or enterprise software.
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of ERP systems (finance, supply chain, HR, CRM).
  • Skilled in solution/consultative selling and full sales cycle management.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to generate leads, prospect, and build client relationships.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Willingness to travel locally/regionally for client meetings.
