Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and coordinate corporate events, including conferences, product launches, and promotional campaigns
  • Work closely with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure successful event outcomes
  • Manage event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and transportation
  • Oversee on-site operations and troubleshoot any issues that may arise
  • Develop and implement process improvements for efficient event management

Required Skills:

  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Knowledge of event management software is a plus
