Protect and promote the health, safety, and wellbeing of employees by ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements in the workplace. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in safeguarding employees and maintaining a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure adherence to Workplace Safety Health Act provisions and support project sites in implementing and maintaining effective EHS programs
  • Plan and execute improvements to infrastructure and processes for compliance, conduct hazard/risk analysis, safety audits, inspections, and incident investigations
  • Facilitate site compliance with regulatory Workplace Safety and Health Act requirements and advise management on employee health and safety matters
  • Identify and mitigate risks, develop strategies to prevent accidents and injuries, and ensure a culture of continuous improvement
Required Skills:
  • Fire Safety expertise and knowledge of relevant regulations
  • Document Management skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Construction knowledge and understanding of ISO standards
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address emerging issues

With a strong background in Occupational Health and Safety, Risk Management, Compliance, Audits, and Enforcement, you will provide expert guidance and support to ensure a safe working environment. As a proactive professional, you will continuously identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address emerging issues, while fostering a culture of safety and wellbeing among employees.
