Job DescriptionYou will lead the planning and development efforts for our Security department, overseeing command centre and site management. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing digital solutions to enhance security operations
- Evaluating current procedures and identifying areas for improvement
- Leading a team of security personnel and developing their skills through training and mentorship
- Liaising with public law enforcement agencies and other stakeholders to ensure effective security measures are in place
Qualifications
- Degree or Diploma in a relevant field
- At least 10 years of experience in managing security systems and leading teams
- Proven track record of success in managing large-scale events and crowd control
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
