Golf professionals with a strong strategic vision are sought by our golf organisation to drive operational success and lead the team in developing a 3-5 year plan.
The role demands a seasoned leader who can inspire and guide the team, manage resources effectively, and ensure the organisation's growth, sustainability, and relevance in golf.
As a leading amateur golfing body, we represent 47 national golf associations across Asia-Pacific, hosting major events like the Asia-Pacific Amateur Championship and Women's Amateur Asia-Pacific.
Key responsibilities include developing a 3-5 year strategic plan, analysing the game in the APAC geography, and positioning the organisation as the peak body for golf.
Operational management involves overseeing daily operations, coordinating with member organisations, implementing performance metrics, and managing the financial health of the organisation.
The successful candidate will have a track record in the golf industry, experience in strategic planning, financial management, and event coordination, as well as strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
