We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Pharmaceutical Sales Representative to join our team at BeiGene.
Job Summary:
The Senior Pharmaceutical Sales Representative will be responsible for developing and executing territory-specific sales plans to meet customer needs and achieve business objectives. This role requires a strong understanding of customer needs, as well as the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to develop customized engagement plans that drive best-in-class service and impact with key customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement territory-specific sales plans to meet customer needs and achieve business objectives
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop customized engagement plans that drive best-in-class service and impact with key customers
- Utilize data and analytics to prioritize engagements and interactions, and understand customer channel preference, focus, and behaviors to adjust style and delivery accordingly
- Establish relationships with key external stakeholders and decision makers to coordinate commercial and access short-term business objectives and maximize patient access
- Assist in the identification and resolution of issues, and opportunities, and communicate proactively to marketing and sales management
- Perform all administrative functions required of the position, including capturing customer engagements and codesigning cross-functional customer plans, in an online CRM system
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or equivalent educational background
- Over 7 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with 3-5 years of Hematology and/or Oncology experience
- Experience in launching new products in the sales team is preferred
- Proven relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOL) in Oncology/Hematology & key external stakeholders
- Capability to engage with target customers utilizing various digital engagement tools (e.g. RTE/eDM, Webinar, Interactive i-Detailer)
- Dedicated to making customer experience a priority and passionate about the patient journey with a patient-centric approach
- Highly skilled at collaborating with cross-functional teams, including interfacing with key internal and external stakeholders and with scientific, medical, and commercial teams
- Ability to analyze data and communicate it clearly and concisely to HCPs
- Must be results-oriented and strategic. Highly motivated, solution-oriented, and a positive attitude.
What We Offer:
We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
