Job Summary

RASEL CATERING SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating local catering leads, responding to sales enquiries, building client relationships, and soliciting new corporate clients through cold calling and sales visits. They will also assist clients in event planning, packaging, and menu selection, while keeping abreast of industry trends and developments. Additionally, they will account for sales and profitability of event orders and ensure smooth operations of catering functions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate local catering leads through close follow-up and monitoring of leads
- Respond to telephone/online catering sales enquiries
- Build and maintain good client relationships and rapport
- Solicit new corporate clients through cold calling and sales visits
- Assist clients in professional event planning, packaging, and menu selection
- Keep abreast of trends and developments in the catering industry
- Account for sales and profitability of event orders and ensure smooth operations of catering functions

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a Diploma or Degree in Business or Marketing, with at least 5 years of relevant experience in the Catering Industry. You should be able to converse effectively in English and Mandarin, have strong communication skills, and be self-disciplined, proactive, and results-driven. You must also be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of urgency and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities.

Working Conditions:

This is a full-time, permanent position, offering a competitive salary of $4,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month. You will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, with a range of benefits including professional development opportunities and a comprehensive rewards package.
