Job Role Summary

The role of an Incident Manager is critical in ensuring the smooth operation of group businesses. As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for managing technology incidents that impact our operations.

  • Lead incident management efforts to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve root causes of incidents
  • Develop and implement effective incident response plans to mitigate risks
  • Provide timely updates to stakeholders on incident status and progress
  • Conduct post-incident reviews to identify areas for improvement and develop corrective actions
Key Responsibilities
  • Incident Management: Manage technology incidents from initial detection to resolution
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with IT, Operations, and other teams to resolve incidents and improve processes
  • Root Cause Analysis: Identify and analyze the root cause of incidents to prevent recurrence
  • Communication: Provide timely and effective communication to stakeholders on incident status and progress
  • Process Improvement: Develop and implement process improvements to reduce incident frequency and impact
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field required
  • ITIL certification highly desirable
  • 8-15 years of experience in IT operations, incident management, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
