Incident Response Lead

As a senior-level professional, you will lead incident triage and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution. You will be responsible for providing clear and timely updates to senior stakeholders.

  • Conduct root cause analysis, manage known errors, and document workarounds to minimize business disruption.
  • Develop and implement process improvements, define service level agreements (SLAs), and publish operational performance reports to drive business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with Change/Problem Management teams to reduce recurring incidents and improve overall service quality.

Key Skills & Experience

  • 8–14 years of experience in Incident Management, preferably in the banking or payments industry.
  • ITIL v3 Foundation Certification and relevant IT Support/Service Support experience.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to triage and prioritize incidents effectively.
  • Proactive and detail-oriented, with the ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
