Job Title: AP Associate

Job Summary:
As an AP Associate at PERSOLKELLY SINGAPORE PTE. LTD., you will be responsible for handling various financial transactions, including accounts payable, invoicing, and vendor management. You will work closely with the finance team to ensure timely and accurate processing of financial documents, as well as maintain accurate records and reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and verify invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies
  • Manage vendor relationships, including communication and resolution of discrepancies
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including accounts payable and vendor statements
  • Assist in month-end and year-end closing procedures
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as required by the finance team

Requirements:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and concepts
