About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated technician to join our service team. The role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles to ensure optimal performance, safety, and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of automotive systems, diagnostics, and repair procedures. Experience with EV (Electric Vehicle) systems and components is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Routine Servicing and Inspections: Perform routine servicing, inspections, and preventive maintenance on vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition.
  • Mechanical and Electrical Repairs: Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems to resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving: Conduct troubleshooting and resolve technical issues using problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all repair and maintenance work is completed in accordance with manufacturer standards and maintain accurate service and repair records.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical support and advice to colleagues and customers when required.
Requirements:
  • Qualifications: NITEC, Higher NITEC, Diploma or equivalent in Automotive Engineering/Technology or related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience as an Automotive Technician/Mechanic, preferably with passenger vehicles.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of automotive systems, diagnostics, and repair procedures. Familiarity with EV (Electric Vehicle) systems and components is a plus.
  • Presentation: Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, and adapt to new technologies and processes.
  • Professional Development: Willingness to continuously upgrade technical knowledge and skills to stay up-to-date with industry developments.
