Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned management consultant to play a key role in shaping the future direction and success of our office. As a trusted advisor, you will have the opportunity to leverage your expertise to develop and execute strategic sales plans, drive revenue growth, and build strong relationships with clients.

  • Develop tailored solutions that address key business challenges such as digital transformation, customer acquisition, risk management, operational efficiency, and more.
  • Conduct market and trend analyses to support business development efforts and identify strategic opportunities for growth.
  • Act as a thought leader, defining business development and marketing activities in the region, collaborating with practice leads to align business development efforts with firm capabilities.
  • Maintain and develop industry knowledge to keep abreast of client needs and proactively recommend innovative solutions.
  • Lead the proposal development process, including RFP responses, pitch presentations, and pricing strategies.
  • Mentor consultants and senior consultants to increase their industry-specific knowledge and practical experiences.
Required Skills and Qualifications

About You:

  • Degree holder with a minimum of 8 years' experience within the banking industry at a management consulting firm or management function within a financial firm.
  • Strong network within the financial services industry.
  • Deep understanding of industry trends, competitive landscape, regulatory requirements, and emerging opportunities.
  • Experience in developing tailored consulting solutions addressing key challenges.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels internally and with client teams and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience managing teams across projects or workstreams.
  • Strong quantitative and qualitative skills with the ability to identify complex problems, consider them analytically, and conceptualize solutions.
