We are currently seeking a Senior Healthcare Strategist to join our team at the MOHH Healthcare Manpower Division (HMD). As a key member of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for supporting cross-divisional clinical projects focused on integrating Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) into healthcare.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in TCM and experience in collaborating with healthcare stakeholders to develop and implement effective care protocols.

You will work closely with our Atlas Care partners to develop and implement TCM-based care protocols in a clinical setting as part of an ongoing project. Additionally, you will participate in strategic planning to implement clinical care in the community setting via a multidisciplinary care framework.

Your role will involve providing input on developing policies that bridge Western medicine and TCM to ensure cohesive patient care strategies. You will also be required to participate in clinical duties as a TCM practitioner or clinic assistant, where applicable, in the context of the clinical project.

In addition to your technical expertise, you will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to professionally manage regular interactions with various healthcare stakeholders and members of the public.
