Job Title: Temporary Executive Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Temporary Executive Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be able to multitask, manage multiple priorities, and maintain confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Setup training equipment and models for training programs
  • Provide support during training programs and events
  • Prepare training materials for training programs
  • Create post-training evaluation reports for programs and events
  • Maintain accurate training records, including CME attendance
  • Support CME simulcasts via webinar for healthcare professionals
  • Evaluate facilities and infrastructure at the Training Centre to ensure they remain in good working condition
  • Coordinate with vendors for scheduled maintenance and rectification works at the Training Centre
  • Submit purchase requests and monitor their status
  • Provide secretariat support for scheduled meetings
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need the following skills and qualifications:

  • Database administration experience
  • HR administration experience
  • E-commerce administration experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
