Job Title: Temporary Executive Assistant
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Temporary Executive Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be able to multitask, manage multiple priorities, and maintain confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Setup training equipment and models for training programs
- Provide support during training programs and events
- Prepare training materials for training programs
- Create post-training evaluation reports for programs and events
- Maintain accurate training records, including CME attendance
- Support CME simulcasts via webinar for healthcare professionals
- Evaluate facilities and infrastructure at the Training Centre to ensure they remain in good working condition
- Coordinate with vendors for scheduled maintenance and rectification works at the Training Centre
- Submit purchase requests and monitor their status
- Provide secretariat support for scheduled meetings
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need the following skills and qualifications:
- Database administration experience
- HR administration experience
- E-commerce administration experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
