Job Summary

We are seeking a visionary leader to drive our digital strategy and oversee the execution of campaigns that deliver measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategies across all channels (paid, owned, earned)
  • Supervise and mentor a multidisciplinary team (Social Media Managers, SEO Specialists, Paid Media Experts, Content Writers, Designers, and Analysts)
  • Define performance KPIs and ensure timely campaign reporting, analysis, and optimization
  • Act as the main point of contact for high-value clients, offering strategic consultation and digital innovation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive brand solutions
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's/Masters degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of progressive experience in digital marketing; agency experience preferred
  • Proven expertise in running and optimizing large-scale performance campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of data analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Meta Insights, etc.)
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
