Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Business Development Lead to drive our business strategy and growth in the ASEAN region. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a targeted go-to-market approach, identifying and capturing new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with senior decision-makers.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a regional business strategy aligned with global objectives
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with utilities, developers, EPCs, grid operators, and policymakers
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior decision-makers and technical influencers
  • Analyze market trends and develop customer conversations around solutions
  • Collaborate with global teams to deliver competitive proposals and ensure customer requirements are met

Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in business management, project management, consulting, finance, marketing, or sales
  • Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, and/or Management
  • Knowledge of the Transmission and Distribution market
  • Technical knowledge of common technologies related to Grid Solutions such as HVDC, FACTS, Offshore Wind Systems, Substations
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills at all organizational levels
  • Leadership experience in leading international teams and multiple interfaces
