As Business Development Representative, you'll be responsible for developing new business opportunities for our organization. Using a multitude of sales methods and tools, you will discover, plan and prospect new accounts that will drive long-term success for our customers and our business.

**Responsibilities**:

- Embodying Impact's sales values
- Master company procedures and internal workflows - including how to use sales automation tools, account-based marketing, and selling, etc.
- Focus is to understand product, industry, and prospecting basics - including how to blueprint, cold call, social sell, etc.
- Responsible for adding to the current pool of prospecting accounts by self prospecting and research on an assigned sub-vertical.
- Effectiveness and efficiency observed by sales trainer and/or manager on all sales tasks.
- Educate and qualify prospects about our transformative technology and the solution Impact provides for their marketing challenge.
- Work closely with Account Executives to build a pipeline for Impact's
- Participate in team meetings, networking, trade show events, and activities to grow the business.
- Demand generated leads from marketing are handled properly and in a timely fashion.
