We are seeking a skilled culinary professional to join our team as a Demi Chef/Cook or Commis. As a key member, you will be responsible for preparing ingredients, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and assisting senior chefs with daily tasks.

No prior experience is required as we provide comprehensive training. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start a career in the culinary field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in menu item preparation and cooking as directed by kitchen seniors
  • Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes and menu specifications
  • Prepare basic components of each dish on the menu
  • Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization
  • Ensure food storage compliance with safety and health regulations
  • Follow kitchen policies, procedures, and service standards
  • Support other kitchen staff with daily tasks
