We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our culinary team as a Senior Culinary Professional. This role is ideal for someone with solid kitchen management skills and a passion for delivering high-quality dishes.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing a designated section of the kitchen, overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth service delivery.
  • Prepare ingredients, cook, and present dishes to the highest standard, maintaining consistency and quality throughout.
  • Ensure mise en place is prepared and maintained during service, adhering to strict food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Provide guidance and training to junior staff members, promoting a culture of teamwork and excellence.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to health and safety protocols at all times.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve operational goals, including stock rotation, inventory checks, and minimizing waste.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1–3 years of professional kitchen experience, preferably in a senior capacity.
  • Demonstrated expertise in kitchen management, culinary skills, and food safety practices.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
  • Able to work under pressure and handle fast-paced service environments.
  • Familiarity with inventory management and stock control procedures.
  • Possession of relevant certifications, such as Food Safety & Hygiene Certification, an asset.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
