**Requirements**

  • Degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or a related discipline. A Chartered Financial Analyst qualification is an added advantage.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the real estate industry, preferably with experience managing office or logistics assets.
  • Familiarity with real estate markets, valuation methodologies, and asset management.
  • Strong analytical and financial skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
