We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Support Officer to join our team at MAXHUNT RESOURCE PTE. LTD. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about providing administrative support in an educational setting.
About the Role
This role involves providing general administrative support to our staff, including data entry, reception duties, and answering telephone calls. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be able to work independently, and have experience working in schools or similar environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Data entry and management of various records
- Providing reception services, including answering telephone calls and responding to emails
- Assisting with day-to-day administrative tasks, such as typing and printing documents
- Collaborating with colleagues to ensure smooth operation of the office
- Performing other ad-hoc duties as required
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- NITEC (Office Skills) or minimum 5 GCE 'O' Level, including English Language
- Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience working in schools or similar environments
What We Offer
In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of SGD $28,000 - $35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
