Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Vessel Performance Optimizer to join our team. This key role will play a pivotal part in optimizing vessel operations, bunker efficiency, and fleet performance. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of bunker management, cost control, and vessel performance optimization.

Main Responsibilities
* Develop and track operational KPIs
* Optimize bunker consumption in alignment with HQ directives
* Work with the operations team to minimize bunker consumption using in-house tools and innovative improvement strategies
* Foster a culture of cost-consciousness and proactive operational practices across the team

Requirements
* Master Mariner (Class 1 COC) or a professional with extensive seagoing experience in vessel operations
* Strong analytical skills with experience in voyage planning, fleet performance, and KPI monitoring
* Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience liaising with ports, owners, and weather service providers
