Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement compliance policies, procedures, and controls to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Provide compliance advice and guidance to business units on new products, initiatives, and strategic business decisions.
  • Assess the compliance implications of proposed changes and offer recommendations to mitigate risks.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for regulatory inquiries, examinations, and audits.
  • Foster positive relationships with regulatory agencies and industry associations to stay informed of emerging compliance trends and developments.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance; or equivalent work experience.
  • At least years of relevant compliance, regulatory, or similar experience.
  • Strong regulatory/compliance knowledge and skills.
  • Knowledge of Fintech, payment institutions, payment systems, and similar legal and regulatory requirements in Singapore will be advantageous.
  • Team player and ability to work independently and under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Experience in liaising with Singapore regulators preferred.
