About the Role
  • The successful candidate will communicate effectively with diverse stakeholder audiences to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the elicitation, documentation, and validation of business and data flow requirements for Cross-border and Real-time Payment initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
  • Model and implement functional and technical solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Build solutions that align with customer expectations and business needs.
  • Ensure overall quality of functional solutions and interface mapping documents.
  • Assist with onboarding, UAT, and test case preparation.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
  • Formal training or certification in business analysis concepts.
  • 5+ years of experience in functional program delivery or a related field.
  • Proven ability to apply functional fluency in current platforms and technologies.
  • Strong track record of leading through change and managing dependencies.
  • Extensive knowledge in ISO 20022 messaging and MX messages.
