Job Opportunity: Catering Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Catering Sales Executive to join our team at Peoplematch Resources Pte. Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our catering business.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to increase sales and revenue
  • Coordinate the booking of food and beverage events, including managing outside solicitations and incoming inquiries
  • Assist clients in menu selection and proposal development
  • Prepare and send out promotional materials to maximize profit and customer satisfaction
  • Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely delivery of services
  • Prepare and distribute weekly and monthly reports to stakeholders


Requirements:

  • Relevant diploma or degree in Hotel and F&B Management or equivalent
  • Experience in catering or hotel sales is an added advantage
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to interact well with clients
  • Outgoing personality and high motivation
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work 5 days a week, 9am to 6pm
  • Lunch meal provided
