About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as a Senior Client Service Manager within the Asset Owner Private Market (AOPM) business unit of State Street. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and support to our APAC clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Primary client touch point for State Street Private Market Solutions on assigned clients
  • Manage client expectations with designated client contacts and their vendors
  • Manage internal workflow to ensure client requests and service level agreements are met, and play a governance role on client deliverables
  • Review and/or prepare various client-related correspondence
  • Maintain working relationships with all client contacts, including investment professionals, investors, auditors, lawyers, and banking personnel
  • Participate in special client or internal projects as required
  • Lead and represent the business area as a domain expert to provide sales support, client discussions, and prospect client matters
Requirements
  • Candidate must have a college degree (business, mathematics, finance, or economics preferred, accounting concentration a plus) and at least 8-12 years of experience, including 2 to 3 years of independent accounting/P&A/financial reporting experience
  • Client service experience with institutional clients is preferable
  • Experience in the private equity/real estate industry is preferable
  • Strong interpersonal skills, positive, can-do attitude, meticulous are essential
  • Strong computer skills are required, especially Microsoft Office, particularly MS Excel
