We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as a Senior Client Service Manager within the Asset Owner Private Market (AOPM) business unit of State Street. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and support to our APAC clients.
Key Responsibilities- Primary client touch point for State Street Private Market Solutions on assigned clients
- Manage client expectations with designated client contacts and their vendors
- Manage internal workflow to ensure client requests and service level agreements are met, and play a governance role on client deliverables
- Review and/or prepare various client-related correspondence
- Maintain working relationships with all client contacts, including investment professionals, investors, auditors, lawyers, and banking personnel
- Participate in special client or internal projects as required
- Lead and represent the business area as a domain expert to provide sales support, client discussions, and prospect client matters
- Candidate must have a college degree (business, mathematics, finance, or economics preferred, accounting concentration a plus) and at least 8-12 years of experience, including 2 to 3 years of independent accounting/P&A/financial reporting experience
- Client service experience with institutional clients is preferable
- Experience in the private equity/real estate industry is preferable
- Strong interpersonal skills, positive, can-do attitude, meticulous are essential
- Strong computer skills are required, especially Microsoft Office, particularly MS Excel
