Corporate Facilities Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Facilities Manager to join our team at NCS. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for delivering efficient and cost-effective facility management to our property portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan, support, and execute comprehensive facility management programs, ensuring optimal function and availability of services at all times.
- Develop and implement response plans for emergency situations relating to property management business continuity.
- Administer contractual obligations for maintenance contracts, reviewing specifications to ensure cost-effectiveness and competitiveness.
- Conduct inspections, supervise, and follow up on replacement and/or rectification works.
- Promote sustainable practices, plan, and manage renewable energy projects, and coordinate CSR reporting.
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience in facilities management of buildings, with at least 3 years at managerial level.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and be an effective team player.
- Good customer service attributes, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Building Services, or its equivalent.
As a Corporate Facilities Manager at NCS, you can expect a competitive salary range of $80,000-$120,000 per annum, depending on your experience and qualifications. You will also have opportunities for professional growth and development, as well as a collaborative and dynamic work environment.
