Extrusion Process Operator

We are seeking a skilled Extrusion Process Operator to join our team. As an essential member of our production unit, you will be responsible for setting up and operating extrusion equipment to produce high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Set up and operate extrusion machines to produce membrane products
  • Maintain optimal temperature, pressure, and speed parameters for quality output
  • Monitor the extrusion process and adjust as needed to ensure consistent product quality and smooth operation
  • Prepare and load materials into the extruder machine, ensuring correct formulations and measurements based on production requirements
  • Inspect finished products for defects, dimensions, and overall quality in compliance with industry standards
Requirements:
  • Knowledge of extrusion processes, machinery, and troubleshooting techniques
  • Basic understanding of electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems related to extruder operation
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, machine schematics, and blueprints
  • Previous experience in machine operation, preferably in an extrusion or manufacturing environment
