Key Responsibilities:

  • Support post-programme evaluation by collating and analysing results, and recommending improvements to strengthen future delivery.">
  • Develop and produce communication materials to share programme information and unit initiatives with staff.">
  • Maintain and update youths' National Youth Achievement Award (NYAA) logs, ensuring accurate documentation of activities, achievements and progress.">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • A degree in any field.">
  • Minimum 1 year relevant work experience; some experience in stakeholder/vendor management preferred.">
  • Strong organisational, administrative and record-keeping skills.">
  • Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a dynamic environment.">
  • Detail-oriented with strong data-analysis and synthesis skills for programme improvement.">
  • Proficiency in producing communication materials (written and visual).">
  • Research skills and ability to summarise findings from literature.">
  • Commitment to the rehabilitation and well-being of residents.">
