**Manufacturing Process Specialist Role Overview**

We are seeking an accomplished Manufacturing Process Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to continuously optimize manufacturing processes to ensure product quality and reduce costs.

  • Perform final system setup, process run, test, and validation
  • Develop and maintain manufacturing procedures and checklists to guarantee consistent product quality
  • Document and prepare manufacturing Bills of Material (BOM)
  • Analyze issues that arise during assembly and/or testing of systems and determine root cause
  • Continuously improve manufacturing processes
  • Support field service work when needed

**Requirements:**

  • Hands-on, self-motivated, independent, and able to work under pressure
  • Good interpersonal, communication skills, as well as leadership qualities are essential
  • Degree/Diploma in Electronics/Electrical/Mechatronics Engineering with at least 3 years experience in machinery and automation systems manufacturing
