Service Leader

This is a leadership role that oversees the team of service crew and ensures they work efficiently. As a Service Leader, you will be responsible for maintaining a positive attitude and leading by example.

  • Maintaining a positive attitude and leading by example;
  • Overseeing the organization of stock & ingredients to ensure quality control;
  • Ensuring all food/drink preparation and presentation meets the brand's standards;
  • Responding promptly to guest problems and complaints;
  • Training new employees to restaurant standards;
  • Managing inventory and receiving bar supplies properly;
  • Ensuring proper grooming and hygiene standards for all staff members;
  • Maintaining equipment in the bar to meet SFA standards. Promptly feedback to management team if any issues arise.
  • Assisting the company in expansion plans;
Responsibilities Include:
  • Taking orders, preparing drinks, serving food and drinks, cashiering and housekeeping;
