  • Maintain a clean and well-stocked treatment room, adhering to high standards of hygiene and organization.
  • Set up workstations and ensure cleanliness and organization throughout shifts.
  • Assist in keeping linens clean and tidy, replacing them between sessions as needed.
  • Sterilize equipment and maintain proper hygiene standards, prioritizing client safety and comfort.
  • Document and maintain client files accurately, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulations.
  • Acknowledge and respond to client inquiries, needs, and expectations, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Accompany guests to and from treatment rooms, offering assistance and support as needed.
  • Consult with clients to recommend appropriate massage services, leveraging your knowledge and expertise.
  • Provide massage services as outlined in the service brochure, ensuring consistency and quality.
  • Maintain accurate records and file documentation, facilitating efficient workflow and communication.
  • Comply with all applicable standards, rules, and regulations, adhering to industry best practices.
  • Uphold hygiene standards and adhere to health and safety regulations, prioritizing client well-being and staff safety.
