Job Title:

Lead Kitchen Team Member

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to meet high-quality standards.
  • Supervise kitchen staff, provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

Work Style: You will be required to maintain a positive attitude, work well under pressure, and adapt to changing priorities. As a member of the back-of-house team, you will be expected to contribute to creating an exceptional dining experience for our guests.

Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role or equivalent position.
  • Excellent record of kitchen management with good communication skills.
  • Ability to lead by example, demonstrate strong teamwork and collaboration.

Skills and Qualifications: Michelin star experience is preferred but not essential. We welcome motivated individuals who are passionate about delivering outstanding results and contributing to the success of our kitchen team.
