  • Team Leadership & Growth:
    • Lead, mentor, and scale high-performing teams.

    • Partner with HR on talent acquisition and professional development.
  • Client & Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Serve as a technical liaison for key clients.
    • Work closely with internal teams to craft proposals and ensure project execution.
    • Translate technical concepts into business value for stakeholders.
  • Operational Excellence & Governance:
    • Own service health dashboards and continuous improvement initiatives.
    • Standardize documentation and support models.
    • Drive automation in code reviews and deployment workflows.
  • Security, Compliance & Risk Management:
    • Enforce compliance with industry standards across gaming back ends and enterprise systems.
    • Identify and mitigate technical and security risks.
    • Collaborate with InfoSec, Legal, and Privacy teams.
