Comprehensive Care Provider

This role involves providing comprehensive support to residents in a residential setting by combining healthcare assistance with housekeeping duties.

The Comprehensive Care Provider will be responsible for delivering nutritious meals to resident clusters, adhering to schedules. Additionally, they will provide non-medical assistance, including adjusting pillows and offering water, as well as monitoring resident well-being and reporting changes to nursing staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver nutritious meals to resident clusters, adhering to schedules
  • Provide non-medical assistance, including adjusting pillows and offering water
  • Monitor resident well-being and report changes to nursing staff
  • Support mobility and facilitate participation in activities
  • Collect data on resident progress and document accurately
  • Coordinate care plans and evaluate resident needs
  • Perform laundry and housekeeping tasks, involving residents when possible
Housekeeping Responsibilities:
  • Clean resident areas and shared spaces, following established cleaning rules
  • Maintain germ-free surfaces, fixtures, and equipment
  • Keep the environment tidy and organized
  • Assist with event preparation and cleanup
  • Contribute to building safety and security
Requirements:
  • Minimum WPLN Level 3 or equivalent qualification
  • Previous experience in healthcare assistant or housekeeping preferred
  • Supervisory skills advantageous
  • Knowledge of safety and sanitation guidelines essential
  • Physical stamina and ability to lift moderate weights
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
