Senior Guest Service Assistant

Job Overview:

This position involves providing exceptional service to guests and responding promptly to their inquiries, requests, and complaints.

The role requires close collaboration with the Assistant Manager and liaison with Concierge, Reception, and Front Office cashier on guests' arrivals and departures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide attentive and courteous service to guests.
  • Respond effectively to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions.
  • Collaborate with the Assistant Manager to ensure seamless guest experience.
  • Liaise with Concierge, Reception, and Front Office cashier for efficient guest arrival and departure processes.
