Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled professional to provide technical support for the maintenance, patching, and upkeep of server systems. This includes Microsoft, Nutanix, and Citrix servers.

  • Provide technical support for maintenance, patching, and upkeep of server systems.
  • Assist in managing compliance-related tasks to ensure regulatory adherence.
  • Collaborate in troubleshooting and resolving system issues to minimize downtime.
  • Support day-to-day service and change requests, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
  • Manage IT equipment inventory, including tracking, condemnation, and disposal processes.
  • Coordinate with vendors and clients to facilitate deployments, system refreshes, and other technical initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Native born Singaporean only (Cat 1 clearance required).
  • Degree in Computer Science/IT/Engineering or equivalent.
  • Good technical skills in engineering, computer, and IT systems, preferably in communications technologies.
  • Good working knowledge of Life Cycle Management and Systems Engineering in Windows server platform not limited to Microsoft System Centre suite of products.
  • Mastery of Microsoft Server Operating System, Nutanix Acropolis Hypervisor, Ubuntu, Redhat, Citrix Virtual Desktop, BeyondTrust PIM/PAM, RSA Security Appliance, Splunk, Solarwinds, Tenable VMS, Veeam Backup, and Ansible Automation Platform.
  • At least 1-3 years' experience in Information Technology industry in the areas of Microsoft, Nutanix, or Citrix system implementation, project management, and O&S.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Able to handle technical challenges and liaise with users and vendors to define business requirements and deliver technical solutions.

  • Up to $11,400 salary range (dependent on experience).
  • Up to 1 month Performance Bonus.
  • 2 months service period after being hired.
