About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated professional to manage our daily operations, providing exceptional medical services to patients through our network of private doctors and hospitals.

Responsibilities:
  • Clinical Operations: Ensure smooth patient care from admission to post-care, supervise team movement & calendars for optimum productivity.
  • Client Relations: Conduct surveys & feedback for analysis, implement continual improvement in processes to enhance company image & branding.
  • Claims Management: Audit claims forms & queries for a smooth approval process, ensure 99% success rate of claims approval.

Requirements:
  • Degree holder with at least one year experience in the healthcare industry.
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal & communication skills.
  • Independent, proactive attitude, adaptable & resilient in a dynamic environment.
